Holding
so many dynamic passions that make the world a better place, Beth
Aldrich never fails to inspire an audience. I dare you to not care
about whatever her topic of the hour when the mic is in her hand
- be it work-life balance, professionalism, healthy eating, taking
care of the environment, or taking care of yourself. For Step Up
Womens Network, Beth has addressed several audiences of upwardly-mobile
professional women, and they immediately want to be her. I can think

Beth
epitomizes the meaning of energizing people. She came
to our Agency to speak as part of our Energy For Life Corporate
Wellness program and could not have been more energetic, enthusiastic,
or knowledgeable about Eating for Energy and Living Green, the two
topics she covered with our Agency. Her zest for life, people and
wellbeing makes her such a compelling, interesting and engaging
speaker, that we left inspired and rejuvenated with a different

Sacred
Heart School Parent Education
Beth
spoke to our parent body about feeding our families in a nourishing
and balanced way. The presentation was so practical and easy to
implement in our homes because she brought recipes and personal
examples of ways to involve children in the food selection and preparation
process. Beth also came with products purchased at various grocery
stores so that we could read and compare ingredient lists. It was
a great tutorial on what to look out for as we shop. The audience
left inspired to feed their families with healthy and delicious
foods. Beth also spoke to feeding the spirit and not looking to
food as the exclusive way to "fill up". Beth's enthusiasm
is infectious and her enthusiasm so genuine. It's impossible not
to be inspired!

William Rainey Harper College
Beth
came to our college and presented a seminar on Work-Life Balance
for our annual Wellness Week. She was very energetic and passionate
about her topics. She got the crowd moving with simple and fun exercises
that can be done at the office. The information she presented on
environmental issues and the importance of nutrition was very eye-opening.
She emphasized total wellness; the concept of feeding your whole
self, not just through healthy food, but also feeding your spirituality
and creativity. Her Circle of Life worksheet was fantastic! The
audience had a lot of fun evaluating the fullness of
their lives, and sharing with each other. I think everyone really
loved the concept of living in the moment. Beth was
a very intelligent, passionate, and funny speaker that really got
the crowd hooked. Wed love to hear her speak again!

affiliate of NAEYC), about one's responsibility to become personally
involved in the preservation and sustainability of our beautiful

they serve but their families as well, Beth provided informaiton
on how each of us can effect change through small but exponentially
significant changes in our daily lives. She used humor, personal
experiences and pertinent information to impart her timely message.
